Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we deliver your fabrics in order to provide a better shipping rate for you.

Sample swatches and color cards are usually shipped using the USPS services in order to offer you savings on your shipment rate, but if you want a tracking number, you can always pay for UPS shipping.

We strongly recommend that Light and Medium weight fabrics are shipped in a box, this is when the amount doesn’t exceed 10 yards. After 11+ yards, our linen specialitis recommend to ship it in a roll.

We are continuously working on behalf of our customers and that is why we offer some good shipping rates; however, we have the option for our customers to send their own shipping label or they can use their own UPS account, once we secure your payment, then we confirm the dimensions and weight of your items.
